Aprox 300 seeds per gram- see photo below for seeds I have sprouted using the tray method and hemp mats.  Excellent germination.

Please note: these seeds have been discounted as germination can be unreliable using the jar method.  We recommend growing these seeds in the tray method instead- as microgreens.  It can be made easier using hemp mats- see photo of Broccoli in the tray grown with a hemp mat.
